Delete it in the app
Open the Sayo app, tap your photo (top left) to open Profile, then Settings → Delete account. Confirm, and we start the deletion.
Delete it without the app
Use the form below, email hello@sayo.media from the email on your account, or call or text (833) 809-7296 from the phone you sign in with, and ask us to delete your Sayo account.
We confirm the request with you and finish it within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your profile (name, phone, email, business details), your ads and pictures, your QR codes, your places, your chats with Leeloo and your sign-in.
What we keep, and for how long
Payment records, receipts and invoices are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Records that an ad played on a truck are kept without your personal details. Anything we must keep for a legal reason is deleted when that reason ends.
