Pricing & Billing
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on population density (lower, medium or high) and time of day. Each 10-minute slot starts from $10. Final price depends on your selected zone and schedule.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee. You pay only for the slots you book.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. Volume discounts: 5% for 25–49h, 10% for 50–99h, 15% for 100–199h, 20% for 200+ hours.
When do I get charged?
Payment is collected at booking confirmation.
Campaigns
What is the minimum campaign length?
The minimum campaign is 100 minutes: ten 10-minute slots. Pricing depends on the ZIP codes you select. We confirm availability before scheduling your campaign.
Can I run ads on multiple zones?
Yes. You can book slots across different zones in one campaign.
How does scheduling work?
Select preferred time slots during booking. Our team confirms availability and schedules your campaign.
Can I request a specific route?
Routes are optimized by zone. You can request a preferred area and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Creative
How do I submit my creative?
Use MP4, JPG or PNG. Our team will confirm how to send your artwork when planning your campaign.
Can I change my creative mid-campaign?
Yes, with at least 24 hours notice before your next scheduled slot.
Tracking
How do I track my campaign?
Ask our team about tracking and reports when planning your campaign.
How often do I get reports?
Confirm reporting arrangements with our team before booking.
Hosting · How It Works
What is a Location Host?
A host allows our LED truck to park at their location during operating hours. In return, hosts receive free ad slots and discounts on additional advertising.
What are the requirements to become a host?
You need a parking spot accessible during 7AM–9PM, ideally in a high-traffic area. We review each location before approving.
Hosting · Benefits
What do hosts get?
Hosts can receive up to 100 complimentary advertising slots per month, based on availability and actual truck operating time at the location. Suitable power access is optional and may earn additional advertising time. The exact allocation depends on the hosting arrangement. Hosts also receive 10% off additional paid advertising.
What if my location becomes inactive?
Host benefits are paused when a location is inactive. Benefits resume when the location is reactivated.

How do I get started?
Choose "Start a campaign" and submit the short request. Our team will review it and contact you.
Where do you operate?
See the active coverage map for current service areas. Coverage is configured by area and can change; our team confirms your campaign’s availability before booking.
Do trucks run at night?
Operating hours are 7AM–9PM daily for maximum visibility.
What types of vehicles do you use?
A 23 ft LED truck (active) and an 18 ft LED trailer (coming 2027). Each has two screens: Side A and Side B. There is no rear screen.
Is SAYO insured?
Yes. SAYO Media is fully insured for commercial vehicle operations.
