By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

SAYO Media provides mobile LED advertising services using LED trucks and trailers operating across the Pacific Northwest. Specific deliverables, zones, and schedules are defined in your campaign agreement.

Campaigns run within scheduled time slots across the coverage zone you select. Routes are zone-based; custom routes are available for eligible plans.

We reserve the right to decline or remove any advertising content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or that violates third-party rights.

Billing begins on your campaign start date. There are no setup fees. Longer commitments may qualify for reduced rates as described in your agreement.

Custom campaigns require a 12-month commitment with full slot reservation. Invoices are due according to the schedule in your agreement.

You are responsible for supplying creative assets that meet our technical specifications and content standards. Creative changes mid-campaign are accepted with at least 48 hours notice.

Standard L1–L3 plans carry no minimum contract and may be cancelled with reasonable notice. Custom campaigns are subject to the 12-month commitment and are non-cancellable except as expressly stated in your agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAYO Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Impression figures are estimates and not guarantees of specific results.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State.
