SAYO Media (Sayo, LLC) offers optional texts from +1 (833) 809-7296 about campaign requests, scheduling, campaign updates and customer support.

We send these texts only after affirmative SMS consent; providing a phone number or agreeing to general terms alone does not opt you in.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing services.

No marketing messages are included in this program.

Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT to opt out.

Reply START or UNSTOP to opt back in to this customer-care program.

After opt-out, only the requested opt-out confirmation or HELP response may be sent unless you affirmatively opt in again.

We retain the SMS decision, exact disclosure version and wording, source, timestamp and limited technical audit information to document consent and honor opt-outs.

We do not share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Service providers may process this information only to operate our messaging service.

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

SAYO Media provides mobile LED advertising services using LED trucks and trailers operating across active coverage areas. Specific deliverables, zones, and schedules are defined in your campaign agreement.

Campaigns run within scheduled time slots across the coverage zone you select. Routes are zone-based; custom routes are available for eligible plans.

We reserve the right to decline or remove any advertising content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or that violates third-party rights.

Billing begins on your campaign start date. There are no setup fees. Longer commitments may qualify for reduced rates as described in your agreement.

Custom campaigns require a 12-month commitment with full slot reservation. Invoices are due according to the schedule in your agreement.

You are responsible for supplying creative assets that meet our technical specifications and content standards. Creative changes mid-campaign are accepted with at least 48 hours notice.

Standard L1–L3 campaigns require at least 100 minutes of advertising time, sold in 10-minute slots, and may be cancelled with reasonable notice.

Custom campaigns are subject to the 12-month commitment and are non-cancellable except as expressly stated in your agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAYO Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Impression figures are estimates and not guarantees of specific results.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State.
